If a good c63 has gone from £22k to £30k, a good proportion of that is the average price rise. I don't know how much more a C63 has gone up than a C250 of the same era, for example. Maybe not that much more? So to answer the original question, I don't think prices now are insane. £30k for a good W204 C63 sounds about right.
