Silicon Labs expects the transaction to add approximately $20 million in incremental revenue on an annualised basis. It will add approximately $15 million of non-GAAP operating expenses on an annualised basis.

Silicon Laboratories is a provider of high-performance, analog-intensive, mixed-signal ICs. Silicon Labs' diverse portfolio of patented semiconductor solutions offers customers advantages in performance, size and power consumption. Silicon Laboratories was founded in 1996 and is based in Austin, Texas.
